I dont think so, Magsec is great, but ammocount, precharge and rate can be issue.

Something like that, but i saw there will be slower precharge than on Gaussie and smaller magazine. Or something like that, basicalyit will be slower and smaller brother of minmatar SMG but with bigger punch.

Yes, It's better than the AR also.
Nope, AR have faster responce and rate of fire, with bigger ammo-count.
